Shipping Policy
Product delivery status details will be available once the product has been dispatched. Alternatively, customer can write in to tantrumtribe@gmail.com with Order Details and the order status/tracking details will be provided, as the case may be.
If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver the product(s), in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be given. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking proper address from the customer and the customer will have to pay for the additional shipping charges.
If there are any delays in product shipment, we will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Shipping timelines are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, delays from shipping service provider/logistics providers, and/or any other restrictions laid out by the authorities from time to time. We aim to dispatch all orders within the shipping timelines mentioned on the respective product pages. Estimated shipping timelines are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
All orders are attempted to be delivered within the shipping timelines mentioned on the respective product pages. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
Shipping can take a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 15 days if the ordered product is not in stock then we require a couple of days more to manufacture it.
Return & Exchange Policy

Order/Purchase cancellation is not possible once the order is placed.
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at tantrumtribe@gmail.com within 1 day of receipt of the product with the following details:

Attached images of the defects/damage on the product
You can return the item through courier service and share tracking details and we will check with the courier for the same.
Unidentified returns may be returned back to the sender, and the sender will be charged for the return shipping charges.
Exchange is possible if:

Products delivered are damaged or opened.

Tantrum Tribe delivers wrong products by mistake.
In case of damaged product, the same will be reviewed, repaired or a new piece will be made (as the case maybe) and delivered back to customer within 2-3 weeks after receiving the damaged product at our warehouse.
Products will be considered for exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please immediately inform our customer service in the event of any products delivered without tags.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with the return.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If the customer would like to exchange a faulty item, Tantrum Tribe can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, Tantrum Tribe will offer to repair faulty items.
All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Tantrum Tribe will be borne by the customer.
